We are so sorry that you haven't received the strap yet. It was posted the same day as you placed the order and you have the tracking number. As you will have heard in the news, the post is taking longer than usual, not only with larger than normal seasonal volumes but also some sorting offices are suffering backlogs due to covid outbreaks. We appreciate that this must be very frustrating and can only apologise.
