How do I return?

- Follow the instructions and select the items you want to return
- You will get a confirmation email with the shipping guidelines once the return request is approved
What items are returnable?
We would request that your items must be returned within 14 days of receiving them and sale items within 7 days.
- They must be in original condition
- They must unused
- In the original packaging
Faulty goods can be returned up to 6 months after purchase. Faulty goods are goods which are damaged on arrival or where a manufacturing fault becomes obvious within 6 months. This does not include damage caused by normal wear and tear. We will refund your postage costs for the return of faulty goods.
Free gifts or promotional items are not returnable!
Are there any charges for return?
- There are no admin charges for processing a return or an exchange
- Original shipping charges are non-refundable
- You are responsible for the charges of the return shipping
- If an exchange request is not possible for stock reasons, we will issue a refund and confirm by email.
How soon will I get my refund?
- Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
- If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to the original method of payment. If the refund is not approved, then we will communicate by email and return the item to you.
